Returns Policy
We believe that life should be as effortless as our collection—and so should returns. Nothing makes us happier than knowing you’re absolutely in love with your Maison Mayara pieces. But hey, we get it, sometimes things just aren't a perfect fit.
We accept returns on all products within seven (7) days of your purchase date.
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in its original condition:
- Unused, undamaged, and unassembled.
- In the original packaging with all boxes, inserts, and protective materials included.
Important: We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the item is returned with missing parts, signs of use, or damage due to insufficient packaging by the customer.
Damaged Upon Arrival?
Please report any damage within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us immediately at hello@maisonmayara.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and the box.
After 24 hours: Any damage will be considered to have occurred after delivery, and the return may not be accepted.
Refused Shipments & Customs Fees
Please be aware that import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These are government fees, not Maison Mayara charges.
If you refuse to pay these duties/taxes:
- If the package is destroyed by customs: You will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the package is returned to us in good condition: You will be refunded the product cost minus the original shipping fee, the return shipping cost, and any penalty fees charged by the carrier.
Please Note: Original import duties and taxes paid by you are non-refundable by Maison Mayara. You may be able to claim these back directly from your local customs authority, depending on your country's regulations.
How to Start a Return
If you're unhappy with your order and wish to coordinate a return, simply contact our customer service team at hello@maisonmayara.com within the 7-day window.
A team member will ask for your order number and a few pictures of the item to confirm its condition and guide you through the next steps.
Important Details
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item's condition. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for us to process your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If your return is due to a defect or error on our part, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
